My previous dentist (I won't name him, as he already had a bad review on Google) didn't treat my pain, but only offered a dental prophylaxis appointment that was supposed to take place three months later. So I searched for a long time and finally found this place. My cavity was treated immediately and filled with a composite filling, and now everything is fine again. I highly recommend them. All the staff are very friendly and understanding, and the practice is very modern.“

„We are very disappointed with this practice. My wife suffers from dental anxiety and specifically sought out Dr. Brazda because we thought she would be in good hands there. She saved up for a long time during her parental leave – almost €1,000 – to afford the treatment. Unfortunately, the result was disastrous. She was treated under general anesthesia, and problems began shortly afterward: fillings are gradually crumbling out, and she experiences regular pain and inflammation. Almost three years have passed, and she is still struggling with the consequences of this treatment. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by email and phone, they offered no real help or understanding – only the suggestion that she simply come back. But that's not an easy option for a patient with dental anxiety and documented psychological distress (we have a certificate from a psychologist). „I have to say, I couldn't imagine a better dentist than Dr. Brazda. My mother went there as an emergency patient and came back very satisfied. She's a very anxious patient and hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time. I'm also an anxious patient, as we had previously been to a very bad dentist. Before Dr. Brazda, I hadn't been to a dentist for a good 12 years. I then went to him because I had serious problems. It turned out I needed two root canals and many fillings. He specializes in this and did an excellent job, and I have no problems with it. I'm still being treated by him. All in all, I've been seeing him since about January, and I only have one more appointment. He's really great with anxious patients, has no prejudices whatsoever. On the contrary, he was very understanding with me and my mother, explained everything to us, and so on. During treatment, I often listen to music because it calms me down a lot. The first time he tried to numb my mouth, I panicked, stiffened up, and almost cried. He noticed, gave me time to breathe, and moved the syringe out of my sight. I have to say, he's helped ease my fear of dentists. The whole team is simply perfect; they work together very well and are really nice to the patients. Sometimes my mother and I chat with one of the nurses 😂 I'm already looking forward to seeing her next time. I've already recommended this practice to my siblings, and they have appointments too.
